Join Irish Community Services for a month of refreshing activities and community connection to strengthen your mental health! Social connection within a safe and supportive community does wonders for our mental wellness. Unfortunately, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we experienced stressful disruptions to our bonds with family, friends, and neighbors.
Now is the time to rebuild! Join us for one of the events below, where you can not only prioritize your physical and mental wellbeing, but you can do so with the Irish community. These free events provide you with the opportunity to see old friends and make new ones. We look forward to strengthening community AND mental health with you!

Learn breathing and awareness techniques in this free class led by Diarmuid Horan. This mindfulness class is perfect for beginners, and it's a great way to have a relaxing hour to yourself. Free childcare is offered as well, RSVP below!
This fun monthly gathering always includes a cup of warm tea and great company, but now it has an exciting addition: Gentle Chair Yoga! Join this free event for the chat, the gentle exercise, or both!
